We are Sandra, Esther, Chus, and Nacho Manzano.

In 1993 we opened Casa Marcial in the house where we were born — the same place where our parents used to cook meals to order and welcomed neighbours to play brisca in the bar. Later came Gloria in Oviedo and Gijón, two urban restaurants where we developed our more relaxed style of cooking; Narbasu, our hotel and restaurant in Piloña and many other culinary projects
