Gloria Restaurants are the urban and casual restaurants of Esther and Nacho Manzano. A gastronomy concept based on market food, traditional recipes, tapas and adaptations of some of the most popular and emblematic dishes of their Gastronomic Restaurants Casa Marcial and La Salgar.
